Abstract

Facial skin surgery aims towards an optimal functional and aesthetic rehabilitation.

Reconstruction can be accomplished by using different approaches, following the reconstructive ladder. Decision-making is based upon both patient-related and defect-related factors.

An overview of surgical options will be presented and discussed.
